As we expand our development capabilities, we are looking for an experienced, driven Senior OutSystems Developer to join our dynamic team in South Korea.

• Application Development: Design, develop, and configure robust, scalable applications using the OutSystems low-code platform.
• System Integration: Integrate OutSystems applications with core legacy systems, databases, and third-party APIs.
• Architecture & Performance: Ensure high performance, security, and responsiveness of applications, adhering to best practices in OutSystems architecture.
• Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and QA) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and champion best practices within the development team.

Key Qualifications (Must-Haves)

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong and proven track record in the OutSystems platform.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Language Proficiency: Business-level Korean is mandatory. You must be able to communicate effectively, participate in business meetings, and write documentation in Korean.
• Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in South Korea.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)

• OutSystems Certified Professional (Associate, Professional, or Expert Developer).
• Strong foundational knowledge of traditional web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle).Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies.
