Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled OutSystems Full Stack Engineer with 3+ years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in the OutSystems platform along with solid full-stack development capabilities, enabling end-to-end application delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web and mobile applications using the OutSystems low-code platform
• Work on end-to-end development including frontend, backend logic, integrations, and database design
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security best practices
• Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs for system integrations
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and optimization activities
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of sprint commitments
• Provide support during UAT, production releases, and post-production issues
• Maintain proper documentation and adhere to organizational standards

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience with OutSystems platform (Reactive Web / Traditional Web / Mobile)
• Good understanding of OutSystems Architecture & Service Center
• Hands-on experience in full-stack development
• Strong knowledge of:
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• SQL / Database design
• Experience in API integrations (REST/SOAP)
• Understanding of authentication mechanisms, security best practices
• Familiarity with lifecycle management, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines
• Good debugging and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• OutSystems certification (Associate / Professional / Expert)
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular – added advantage)
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Knowledge of microservices architecture
• Experience in performance tuning and monitoring
