Developer III - OutSystems Developer Cloud

Role Description:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with OutSystems in enterprise-scale implementations.
• Strong expertise in:
  • Reactive Web Apps and/or Traditional Web Apps
  • OutSystems platform architecture and lifecycle
  • Performance optimization and best practices
• Proficient in SQL, database design, and data modeling.
• Strong experience with system integrations (REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, SSO).
• Solid understanding of secure application development and governance standards.
• Experience working in Agile / SAFe delivery models.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

• Hands-on experience with OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC), including cloud-native deployment and scalability considerations.
• Practical exposure to AI Mentor, including:
  • Technical debt remediation
  • Architecture and performance issue resolution
  • Best-practice compliance enforcement
• OutSystems certifications (Professional / Expert Developer preferred).
• Exposure to regulated industries such as Insurance, Banking, or Asset / Wealth Management.
• Familiarity with:
  • CI/CD pipelines
  • Monitoring, logging, and application observability
  • DevSecOps practices in low-code platforms
