Must Have Skills:
We are looking for an experienced OutSystems Developer to support the design, development, enhancement, and deployment of enterprise-grade web/mobile applications using the OutSystems low-code platform. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in OutSystems development, integration with external systems, and excellent communication skills to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using the OutSystems platform.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot defects, analyze root causes, and implement fixes and performance improvements.
- Ensure solutions comply with coding standards, security controls, and enterprise architecture guidelines.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, backlog refinement, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reusable components, and deployment/release notes.
- Collaborate closely with architects, product owners, business analysts, QA teams, and client stakeholders to deliver business outcomes.
- Provide knowledge transfer, mentor junior developers where needed, and contribute to continuous improvement in engineering practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of overall application development experience delivering complex enterprise/web applications.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools such as JIRA, Git..
- Understanding of secure development practices and enterprise delivery standards.
