We are seeking an experienced OutSystems Lead Developer to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade applications using the OutSystems platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC), Reactive Web Applications, system integrations, and application architecture. This role requires hands-on development, technical leadership, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of overall software development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing applications using the OutSystems platform.
• OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC) Certification is mandatory.
• Strong experience building OutSystems Reactive Web Applications.
• Solid understanding of OutSystems architecture, service modules, data modeling, and application lifecycle.
• Experience integrating applications with REST and SOAP APIs and external enterprise systems.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong SQL development and database design skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization abilities.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring developers and leading technical discussions is preferred.

Duration: 12 months plus extensions

The ODC experience and certification are mandatory for candidates applying for this position.
