OutSystems Lead (7-9 Years)

Role Overview:

Develop and maintain OutSystems ODC applications for banking modules, ensuring functionality, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop OutSystems ODC applications based on functional specifications.
• Build screens, business logic, workflows, and integrations.
• Create reusable components and modules for banking features.
• Perform unit testing and support QA in functional testing.
• Collaborate with BAs and leads to clarify requirements.
• Debug and resolve application defects and issues.
• Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards.
• Support deployment activities and production issue resolution.
• Document technical specifications and development notes.

Required Skills:

• 7-9 years in software development with 4+ years in OutSystems.
• BFSI domain exposure is good to have (optional)
• Proficiency in OutSystems reactive web and mobile development.
• Knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and web services (REST/SOAP).
• Understanding of Agile development processes.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills.
• OutSystems certifications are a plus.
