MISSION

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain enterprise solutions using the OutSystems platform, ensuring scalability, security, performance, and alignment with the organization's functional and technical business requirements. The role is involved throughout the entire application development lifecycle, collaborating with architects, functional analysts, technical leads, and business stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions through the design and development of applications using the OutSystems platform.
• Develop integrations with enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Azure Services) and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Create reusable components, optimize application and database performance, and enforce development best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and implement quality, security, authentication, and authorization standards.
• Support testing, deployment, production maintenance, and deployment automation in collaboration with DevOps teams.
• Contribute to technical architecture definition, effort estimation, and mentoring of junior and mid-level developers.

PROFILE

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing applications with OutSystems.
• Strong knowledge of the OutSystems ecosystem, including: Service Studio, Integration Studio, Lifetime, Service Center
• Experience developing and consuming REST and SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding of relational database design and advanced SQL.
• Knowledge of enterprise application architecture and best practices.
• Experience integrating ERP and CRM platforms.
• Proficiency with Git for version control.
• Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Bilingual English proficiency, minimum B2-C1 level.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with Azure.
• Experience with CI/CD practices and pipelines.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of microservices architecture.
• Experience working within SAP environments.

Salary between MXN $55,000 and $65,000 gross per month.
