We are looking for an OutSystems Platform Expert!
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate multiple products and applications developed on the OutSystems platform.
- Coordinate and support Business Analysts and development teams across different products.
- Work closely with Technical Leads, who are responsible for the technical delivery and ownership of the applications.
- Ensure effective coordination between Business Analysts, developers, Technical Leads, and business stakeholders.
- Support the planning, prioritization, and follow-up of activities across the different OutSystems products.
- Provide guidance and make informed decisions by combining technical knowledge with strong management skills.
- Monitor the progress, quality, and delivery of projects and product initiatives.
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
- Support the identification and resolution of risks, dependencies, and delivery issues.
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of best practices across the OutSystems product landscape.
- Participate in strategic projects related to the OutSystems platform.
- Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing between teams.
- Ensure effective communication with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement of processes, products, and delivery practices.
Requirements:
- Solid professional experience working with the OutSystems platform.
- Experience coordinating multiple products, projects, or development teams.
- Strong understanding of OutSystems architecture, development, and technical concepts.
- Experience working closely with Business Analysts, developers, and Technical Leads.
- Proven ability to combine technical knowledge with project/product coordination and management skills.
- Experience in strategic and complex technology projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with local and global teams.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Strong focus on quality and delivery.
- Experience in Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence is valued.
- OutSystems certifications are valued.
- Good level of English.
