For one of our clients based in the Czech Republic, we are currently looking for a Senior OutSystems Developer
Details:
- Location: Remote, with occasional sessions in the EU.
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: 6 months+ extension
Scope:
- Lead the end-to-end technical architecture and hands-on delivery of complex Reactive Web and Mobile applications on OutSystems.
- Establish and enforce OutSystems 3-Layer Architecture (Canvas) guidelines, coding standards, and security best practices across delivery teams.
- Architect enterprise REST/SOAP integrations and build custom C#/.NET extensions in Integration Studio.
- Design high-performance data models, optimize complex SQL queries, and resolve critical technical bottlenecks.
- Conduct code reviews, manage application lifecycles and staging via LifeTime, and oversee module dependency management.
- Act as the technical authority in sprint planning, technical estimations, client alignment, and technical mentorship of developers.
Skills:
- 5+ years of dedicated, hands-on OutSystems development experience (Reactive Web & Mobile) with proven tech leadership or lead developer exposure.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5, and C#/.NET for custom platform extensions.
- Strong expertise in relational database design, advanced SQL optimization, and enterprise REST/SOAP web services.
- In-depth knowledge of OutSystems Architecture Canvas governance, performance tuning, and LifeTime environment management.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) for direct stakeholder engagement and technical team leadership.
Nice-to-Have:
- OutSystems certifications (Professional Reactive, Expert Developer, or Architecture Specialist).
- Experience in IT consulting or client-facing delivery models.
