Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain web and mobile applications using the OutSystems platform.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
- Develop reusable components, business logic, workflows, and responsive user interfaces.
- Integrate applications with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Design and manage data models, entities, and database interactions.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to improve application performance.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support.
- Manage application deployment and releases across development, testing, and production environments.
- Follow coding standards, security guidelines, and OutSystems development best practices.
- Collaborate with business analysts, QA engineers, architects, and other development team members.
Mandatory Skills
- Hands-on experience with OutSystems 11 (O11) and/or OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC).
- Experience developing Reactive Web Applications and/or Mobile Applications.
- Strong understanding of OutSystems Service Studio and application development concepts.
- Experience with REST API integration; SOAP is an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience in debugging, performance optimization, and application troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of application deployment and environment management.
Good-to-Have Skills
- OutSystems Associate or Professional Developer certification.
- Experience with OutSystems LifeTime, Service Center, and Integration Studio.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications such as SAP, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a project team.
