What You Will Do or Key Responsibilities:
- Develop solutions following OutSystems low-code development best practices, ensuring solution performance and user adoption;
- Design and develop solutions with the team by following development processes (like TDD, BDD, code reviews);
- Produce and test code in short cycles with a high degree of automation;
- Gather feedback from end-users and adapt solutions;
- Focus on developing maintainable solutions that scale to thousands of users;
- Experience in designing and communicating high-level functional designs and solutions;
Qualifications / What You Need To Succeed:
- Degree in Computer Science or other STEM courses;
- More than 2 years of OutSystems development experience and certifications;
- More than 4 years of software development experience;
- Proficiency in web-based languages: JavaScript, CSS, HTML;
- Programming with databases: SQL Server, Oracle, or Postgres;
- Knowledge in Database Modeling;
- Experience in Agile methodologies practices;
- Understanding of solution architecture and design, and web application performance;
- Good communication skills. Fluency in English, written and spoken, is essential;
- Good Customer Orientation and Interpersonal Skills;
- Strong quality orientation and attention to detail.
