Simple provide the Worksheet which you wish to modify along with Row and Column values.
You'd get the expected Worksheet by passing in the Row and Column of the first cell which is "not" frozen.
For example (attached snapshot), to freeze the first row (Header of the worksheet), you would need to pass in 2 to the row, 1 to the column.
