This component toogle the notification bar when the users clicks on the bell icon at the menu. This is not 100% ready for mobile so you have to do some adjustments although is working fine on other devices. 

For the toogle functionality we need the Jquery v 2.2.2 Script to be imported and used at the component level:

After the that we need a simple javascript code that allow us to close the notification bar when we click outside notifications:
