1. Configure the UiPath Orchestrator Cloud Connector component in order to connect with your Orchestrator instance. You must fill out all four Site Properties of the component in order to successfully connect.

2. Access the application Backoffice by clicking on the Configuration entry of the Menu, or by accessing <your environment>/UiPathPortal/UiPathFolderConfig - your user must have the UiPathPortal_Admin role in order to access this page.

3. Click the Fetch from Orchestrator button in the top right corner of the screen. This will retrieve and save a local copy of all Orchestrator folders.

4. Once the folder list has been loaded, click on the folder you wish to configure, and add one or more Groups that can access it. A user must belong to one of these Groups in order to view the folder, available at <your enviroment>/UiPathPortal/UiPathFolders. They must also have the UiPathPortal_Admin or the UiPathPortal_User role.

5. Accessing the folder detail, all automations inside should be presented. You can trigger these automations from the folder page, or view all automation executions associated with this folder. You can also access the detail of the automation in order to configure/interact with its folders, as well as see automation specific logs.

6. You must have the UiPathPortal_Admin role in order to configure folders inside an automation:


After you associate a folder and Save, you should see a new Tab where you can interact with the configured folder by uploading/downloading/deleting files. You can fine-tune group permissions to these folders by going back to the folder configuration detail page in step and specifying what permissions the group has when interacting with said folders.
