Install the App.
Publish both modules.
With the Users Application on the server, create users with the roles: Cliente, Executor, Supervisor and Admin. The users' emails must belong to the @baseprocess.com domain in order for them to appear in the demo users list, which makes Login much easier.
Start by logging in as an Admin to create request types, establish their SLA times, and assign their teams.
With the Cliente Role you can start creating requests and submit them.
With Executor or Supervisor roles you can process the requests.
