The current version of the component contains 3 actions:

• CheckVideoEditorPlugin -> Check if the plugin is loaded.
• TranscodeByBinary -> Transcode Video Captured by Cordova Video Plugin
• TranscodeByURI -> Transcode Video By URI

Steps:

1. Check if the plugin is loaded

2. Pass the video content into TranscodeByBinary. (Allowed formats: "video/mp4")
