Steps to use

1. Input anchors into your excel (E.g.: ###START, ###END)
2. In your implementation, use the anchors (E.g.: "###START", "###END") as the input parameters
3. The InBinary is the input excel file binary
4. The OutBinary is the output extracted excel file binary
