Dropdown component built on the React Select library. It provides many of the parameters that React Select has, but not all. It contains options to enable and disable such as:

• Single or multiple values passed in. Note: the option for the handler will always return a list of options.
• Removing options with the backspace key.
• Searching a list.
• Clear elements with ESC key.
• Whether the menu is open by default.
• Aria message and labels.
• Min and Max height.
• Hiding selected options.
• Focus element functionality.
