Using Blip platform (https://portal.blip.ai/) you can build a chatbot with a lot of resources (metrics, integrations...), once created, you can provide your chatbot in your website using the component and in another channels (Facebook Messenger, Whatsapp, Telegram...).

1. First you have to create an account in Blip platform https://portal.blip.ai/
2. Build a chatbot https://docs.blip.ai/#getting-started / https://help.blip.ai/hc/en-us
3. Insert your website domain in your chatbot configuration.
4. Publish your chatbot in platform.
5. Get your chatbot key and use it in the component.
6. Done!
