Discover if an element is fully visible on the screen (view port). 

Perform actions depending on whether the component is visible or not.

On the screenshots you can see that if the table (with 10 rows) is all visible, the component returns true. 

If any part of the table (eg. 10th row) is not inside the view port, then it returns false. This works for every element and on web and mobile.
