What it allows

Know for your Factory the value of important Release and Deployment metrics like:

- Lead Time (1)

- Nº of Deployments by Environment

- Deployment Success Percentage

(1) Lead time is calculated based on the time it takes from when it published in one environment(1.a) till it's publish in the Production environment.

1.a) This is a environment that you choose. We recommend to be the one where you consider the Application to be ready to go to the Production environment.

How to use it

Download it, the OutSystems solution, and upload it on the Service Center of the OutSystems Lifetime environment where you want to run it. Publish it there.

After publish it, if didn't gave any error,:

1. Go to Lifetime
2. Choose Add-ins menu and choose Deployment Metrics option
3. Inside the Add-in main screen choose Configurations
4. And configure the options.
5. Start using it  

Important Notes

• This is Proof of Concept (PoC) that the OutSystems Professional Services DevOps team created with other teams support;
• For small factories it seems to work well;
• We recommend to test, before deploy it in Production.
