We recommend that you install the Case Management App Starter through the “Start from an app” option inside Service Studio, instead of downloading the OAP from Forge.

The Case Management App Starter is a simple start to a Case Management framework enabled app, focused on the structure needed to build a case management from the ground up. 

It is made up of three modules: the user interface, workflow and core services.

The user interface module contains easy to use UI blocks to display the app’s taskbox and case list, and a form to create a case.

In the workflow and core services modules we provide the groundwork for the case process and entities. The Case Management App Starter comes with placeholders for a standard workflow, following best practices regarding case actions and flows.

The Case Management App Starter comes with a basic pre-created business entity Request and pre-filled Case Management entities that can be easily changed for your use case.

Please note that this app requires the Case Management framework. Case Management App Starter requires CMf version 1.4.1 or higher. Recommended is version 1.5.1.
