This framework includes actions that help you add functionalities to your case management app, such as:
Process audit - Keep track of process transactions during the entire life cycle of a case.
Delegation - Allow end-users to manage delegations and absence periods. Include services and logic bundled for activities to have delegations into consideration.
Access Control - Keep track, and control, access to all case instances that are or were once associated with a certain end-user or group.
Service-level agreement (SLA) management - Configure specific SLA for process and activities taking into account specific calendars.

New Features
You can now remove tags from cases by using the Case_RemoveTag action from the CaseServices_API.
You can now delete case instances using the Case_Delete action from the CaseServices_API, making it easier to manage cases which may have been created by mistake.
Improvements
Now updating the priority of a case to the same priority it already has doesn't add a history event.
Showcase applicationYou can now find a showcase application (OutTracker) on the Forge which is built using the CMf and demonstrates how to use some of the features CMf has to offer.
