This framework includes actions that help you add functionalities to your case management app, such as:

  • Process audit - Keep track of process transactions during the entire life cycle of a case.

  • Delegation - Allow end-users to manage delegations and absence periods. Include services and logic bundled for activities to have delegations into consideration.

  • Access Control - Keep track, and control, access to all case instances that are or were once associated with a certain end-user or group.

  • Service-level agreement (SLA) management - Configure specific SLA for process and activities taking into account specific calendars.

What’s new (1.0.1)

New features:

  • You can now programmatically skip an activity by using the new Activity_Skip action from the CaseServices_API.
  • You can now search for activities assigned to several groups by using a list of comma-separated GroupIds with the Case_GetActivities action from the CaseServices_API.


Improvements:

  • Renamed the CaseServices_API action HumanActivity_GetActionList to Activity_GetActionList.
  • In the Case_CloseActivity and Case_CloseActivityAsync actions from the CaseServices_API, deprecated the GroupTypeId parameter. Now, to make a closed activity visible to a Requester end user set the IsVisibleToRequester parameter to True. 
  • Deprecated the IsTerminal attribute of the Status entity. Now, you must explicitly close cases using the Case_Complete action from the CaseServices_API.
