1) Email Setup:
ServiceCenter -> Administration -> Email
2) Change Default Value Site Property EmailAttendeeLink to:
"https://Your Enviroment Here/eTicket/eTicketDetailPanel.aspx?ETicketId="
Example: "https://personal-xobi2uje.outsystemscloud.com/eTicket/eTicketDetailPanel.aspx?ETicketId="
3) Change the TermsAndConditions.pdf document in the tab Data -> Resources, as needed, this document is sent as an attachment to the emails sent at the end of the day.
