Country flag reactive component fully client side that allow the view of country flags by just passing by the alpha 2 code or alpha 3 code of a selected country.

The flags can have 3 sizes: small (16px), medium (32px) and large (64px).

The country flags are contained in 3 png files on the resources of the component.
