The global site tag (gtag) is a JavaScript tagging framework and API that allows you to send event data to Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Marketing Platform.

For general (i.e. non-product specific) gtag.js documentation, read the gtag.js developer guide.

To add the script to your app simply add the Gtag WebBlock to the header section of your layout WebBlock and fill the input with the ID of the Google Analytics.
