Imports Images from CountryFlags.IO and CountryFlagsIcons.com

Background:

There was a component on the Forge that imported country flags from CountryFlags.IO. Because that site has been offline lately, I did a similar module to read from CountryFlagIcons.com that is working.

For now, you can only get country flag. Later other information will be added.
