NHTSA VIN decoder tool (powered by vPIC) for SQL Server.

This component includes a VIN decoder Action and an extension (XIF) for consuming tables from the vPIC SQL Server database available at https://vpic.nhtsa.dot.gov/api/.

It also contains a VIN validation function available on both Client and Server contexts.
