InAppBrowser implementing this plugin events

Another InAppBrowser plugin implementing the LoadStart, LoadStop, LoadError and Exit events from the cordova plugin.

It also tries to create a way for you to close your InAppBrowser.

This version is a fix to allow the deployment of a new version of IdP Mobile.

Changed:

Updated the dependency of the InAppBrowser plugin to version 3.1.2 to avoid dependency errors.
- The component will only work with devices that have the InAppBrowser plugin version 2.4.10 installed on their device

IdP Connector is a generic federated identity provider (IdP) connector, using the SAML protocol to connect to external identity providers. IdP allows your OutSystems applications to integrate with single sign-on (SSO) provided by most of the commercial Identity Provider companies.
