This Application can be referred as a reference Application for Multiselecting Drop Down Search With Lazy Loading, Pagination and Sorting of Columns.

You Just have to define your Dropdown list entity and and entity in which you will be filtering data.(refer web-block in application)

Logic Implemented is bit Complex but Understandable easily.
