Calculates the checksum of a value using the fast hashing algorithm MurmurHash3.

This Library component includes the following actions, available in both Client Action and Server Action variations:

FastChecksum
FastChecksumFromBinaryData

Both actions return an integer value and accept an optional seed value. The checksum calculation is optimized for speed, utilizing the non-cryptographic hash algorithm MurmurHash3.
