Common Azure Blob storage and Table Storage actions for Azure using ardoHTTP

This is an Azure connector that uses ardoHTTP to minimize your AO count usage when trying to connect or use the Azure API method

The main highlight of this component is that the user can do a batch process when uploading to Azure Table Storage.

Since it is not a conventional API call using Outsystems REST Integration, there will always be a catch, like less logging like what we have on the Outsystems REST Integration.
