A component that generates a Table of Contents for an existing PDF. You can provide the headers in a list structure; if you don’t, it will attempt to auto-detect headers based on the largest font size. For better pagination detection use the Ultimate PDF to generate the base PDF.
If the PDF have a cover then apply the TOC Page number to 2, headers will be detected only after the TOC page.
Added support for sub-levels when sending the titles in the text list, for example:
Only support 1 and 2 as inputs, all other numbers will be handled as default 1.
