This library provides several server actions that allow you to use Firebase Cloud Messaging Services. You can use this library to send standard or silent push notifications to users and topics, and also to obtain the Firebase Access Token from the Firebase Project defined in the Settings of the app using this library.

If you are updating to version 3.0.0 or higher of Firebase Cloud Messaging Plugin, you should use these server actions. If you're on version 2.3.5 or older, the server actions are available on the plugin.
