Details

The GetCurrencySymbol() function retrieves the currency symbol for a given currency code. By passing a currency code, you can retrieve the corresponding currency symbol, covering all active world currencies.

Currency codes and symbols follow ISO 4217 standards, ensuring global consistency. Around 140–170 active currencies are used worldwide, and this list is reliable but should be updated periodically.

To dynamically retrieve a symbol based on the currency code, use this function. It is implemented in JavaScript.
