Friendly application to manage tickets support. 3 roles supported (ADMIN, Technician and registered as client). This app have client flow and Tech/ADMIN flow. The application verify the role and redirect the user to the correct flow.

In backoffice we can create types of classification and, if we are ADMIN, Technicians.

This application have email notifications to inform users about the ticket status.
