Release notes (9.0.0)

Removed Google Maps code that was used to retrieve a timezone from a geolocation (this code had been marked as deprecated before).
Removed module for Traditional Web, as this version was changed to support Reactive Web.
Note: this version breaks compatibility with previous versions.
