Registers the Google Tag Manager for your web application

Instructions:

Add a reference to Google Tag Manager in your project
Drag the GoogleTagManager web block from the GTM UI Flow to the header section of your layout
Pass in the Google Tag Manager Container Id as parameter
Note: Make sure the GTM container is published, otherwise you will see 404 errors in the JS console
