When user uploads via RichWidget's Popup_Upload screen, the file body will be transferred onto the network even if your application rejected the file by its file size at last.  This module provides an alternative popup screen. It checks the file size at browser side by File API and makes the upload button disabled if the size is over the threshold value.

The threshold value is able to set as a Site Property of this module (Max_UploadableSize).
