Features:

Prevent multiple clicks on a button or link from submitting several requests to the server.
On buttons, it shows a countdown timer indicating when the button will be enabled again.

Using this widget doesn't replace server side validations.

Upgraded to OS11.
Added an input parameter to hide the cooldown countdown.
Refactored the JavaScript, so it's more readable and adds less repeated code to screens that contain multiple widgets.
Setting the cooldown to 0 now makes the cooldown last forever.
