After installing the Workato Connector and configuring security settings in the component's setup screens, you can:

Sync any of your Workato workflows with your OutSystems environment.

Build engaging user experiences with your own data. And by taking advantage of external data such as a billing app, field services app, or a 360 customer view.

Known limitations

• Real-time triggers are not available in Workato when using the connector. It's only possible to configure jobs to run in 30-minute intervals.

  • Only entities that have an AutoNumber Id column are available for the New record trigger.

  • Only entities that have an UpdatedOn column are available for the New/updated records trigger.

• Entities that are not located in the main database catalog of the OutSystems platform, when the platform's database is Oracle, aren't available in Workato recipes.

• Entities imported into OutSystems from external databases aren't available in Workato recipes.
