Allows to insert a credit card number (Visa, AMEX, Mastercard) limited by some constraints in the input that forces the user to insert a valid number.

You can insert a credit card number only if :

Visa First Digit : 4
American Express First Digits: 34 or 37
Mastercard First Digits: 2 or 5
