Work Items management in Azure DevOps.

With this component, is possible to create, get and update Work Items in Azure DevOps. It uses REST Requests for each one of these operations, using Basic Authentication.

It is also possible to create attachments in AzureDevops, so that they can then be linked to a given Work Item.
