The Home Insurance solution is composed of 3 apps:
Home Insurance Backoffice: Contains the core data model, resources, and logic. A Front Office employee is able to review submitted claims and their details, approve them, as well as see each Customer's 360 information. An Admin employee can do everything that the FrontOffice user can do, plus managing insurance coverages and limits, and insurance plans. If configured for such, this application has the capability to send an email when a claim is submitted and then approved, and also generate a PDF with summarized information.
Home Insurance mobile (this app): Phone focused, used by the Customer to file a new claim, check past claims, and see his/her policies details.
Home Insurance Portal: Seen as the insurance broker to get an online insurance quote in a self-service way, where reaching the end and filling in all customer's information and payment details means a new home insurance purchase.
