The component allows to preview image files on file upload.

- Allows both drag and drop and simple upload button.

- Allows previewing image in the image widget id provided to the component. 

- If image widget id is not provided, component renders the the image in its own image widget.

- Use imagePreviewer class on CSS to change the style of its own image widget

- Allows its own image widget to align center or align left.

- Provides the file name, mime type and binary data as event notification to the screen thus does not require submit to read the image data.
