Manage all your IT support management system with a simple tickets application, supported with BPT and SLA time control. 

Based in a three role system (Registered for common users, Technitioan for IT personnel and Administrator for System Admins), give you the power to manage all your company IT needs.

-Ticket auto assign (get always technitian with less active tickets) with possibility to reassign (changing the BPT task to the new technician);

-SLA configuration by admins;

-BPT Activities custom taskbox (you can deactivate EPA Taskbox for better UX).
