• Updated to plugin build 8.3.72-OS.3 (Cordova plugin 8.3.72, Android SDK 6.11.1, iOS SDK 7.2.4)

• Fixed Android push delivery silently breaking: the Firebase and Huawei router services could be missing from the built AndroidManifest.xml, so notifications never arrived on the device

• Fixed PW_APPID and PW_API_TOKEN not reaching the iOS build: the SDK started without an application code and the device never registered for pushes

• Bug-fix release: no changes to actions or configuration — recommended for everyone on 4.7.1
