Fixes

The OTA procedure from older plugin versions has been improved. Most notably, for mobile apps running version 2 of the File Viewer Plugin but get an OTA update with version 3 of the File Viewer Plugin. Now CheckFileViewerPlugin returns IsAvailable=True on such a scenario (the same OS-PLUG-FLVW-0002 warning is still returned). Non-deprecated client actions now also work with in this scenario, whereas before they returned an error.
