Enhanced UserLoginLog functionality to better support GDPR implementations.
- Explicitly tie UserLoginLog records to Users so they can be positively identified (for purging due to GDPR, for example).
- Add auto-purging based on age of UserLoginLogs. This is configurable with a site property and the default is to NOT auto-purge.

Added the field AFId to the UserExtended Entity. It is a mandatory GUID populated by the Upsert, so that if you need a unique identifier for a User and do not want to expose the UserId, you can expose UserExtended.AFId instead.
