Fix the error with list indexes (screenshot above), this problem occurred when trying to use the drag and drop component on lists that were inside the gallery widget.

Fix related to mobile devices where the page was scrolled when the user was trying to drag an element.

Improvements:

• Creation of a new style class (dragula-empty-list) responsible for enabling the use of drag and drop component with empty lists.
• Changing the way the component is initialized improving its security.

• Fix related to the new React update ending any DOM changes before triggering the OnNotify event to change the lists.
